Grady Raines

I am a doctoral candidate at Cornell’s Johnson School of Business. This summer, I will join the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University as an Assistant Professor.

I study how formal institutions, such as policies and laws, interact with informal ones, like social norms, to shape entrepreneurship and organizations.

My research has been published in Administrative Science Quarterly, Strategic Management Journal and has been recognized as a Best Paper at the Academy of Management Conference
